How long does it take to master paintless dent repair?

I'm thinking about going to PDR school for a week or two. Is that enough to allow me to work on my own. I'm thinking about starting a PDR business in my city where there are a lot of hail, hard winds and tornado storms. Just last week a tornado went through our city and cars were thrown into each other. I seen it as a perfect opportunity to make some fast cash from some unfortunate events that some Auto Insurance companies do not cover when your minimum is not met.
